Anger Management

The following posts are from my email anger management program, originally offered 20160807, and organized here so that the viewer can find them easily. For those who want greater peace in their lives, I believe this program to be very useful.

The information and tasks are applicable to any emotional issues, not just anger — anger and rage are simply the emotions with which most people have difficulty. If desired, simply substitute your personal issue every time I mention anger.

The tasks will require work, and perhaps additional work with a therapist. Essentially, I present one post twice a week, to keep the workload manageable.

Enjoy!
